Delete Your Account

To delete your TapStamp account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the TapStamp app
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion by typing DELETE

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone number, birthday)
  • All stamp cards and stamp history
  • Rewards and vouchers
  • Notification inbox
  • Push notification tokens

What we keep

Nothing. All your data is permanently deleted. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app, contact us at hello@tapstamp.co.uk and we will delete your account manually.
